I had an awesome stay for 4 nights in a Midtown Balcony King room, enjoying the delicious food from the lobby restaurant and the comfy bed that was bigger than I expected! I loved unwinding by the roof pool and the small gym was just what I needed after a day of exploring. My only tiny gripe was the slow shower, but it was overall a fantastic experience! 😊

Great Location with Friendly Staff

The location is stellar, just a short walk to Times Square and 5th Avenue, yet away from the noise. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially during check-in and in meeting our needs. Our room was clean and spacious. The public terraces offered stunning views. However, the elevator accessibility could use improvement, as it seemed a bit slow during peak times.

I was in the Skyline Queen Room and it had a nice balcony and a comfy bed. The fridge was a plus too. But the menu for room service could definitely use more options. The room was spacious, and the cleaning was on point every day. Overall, it was a solid room for my stay in NYC.

The Gotham Hotel has a fantastic location. I loved being close to major attractions in Manhattan. My room had a nice balcony that added a special touch, even though it rained while I was there. Staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. They were attentive and made sure I felt welcomed, especially Donte and Anna, who went above and beyond for me. I appreciated the clean room and regular housekeeping service. However, I faced some challenges. The street noise was quite disruptive at night, making it hard to get quality sleep. I requested a room with a better view but ended up with limited sights and constant traffic sounds. Additionally, the shower had some minor issues. the handheld sprayer was awkwardly placed, and the temperature control was a bit tricky to figure out. The Wi-Fi was unreliable too, which made it frustrating when trying to connect. Despite the inconveniences, the overall atmosphere was lovely. I particularly enjoyed the Reading Room bar with its friendly bartender, adding a great vibe to my evenings. If the noise issues are addressed and the room maintenance is enhanced, I would gladly return.
